Her background in agriculture and real estate development gives her the edge in knowledge of a purchase or sell of a home. Cathy is a lifelong rancher in western South Dakota and works closely with Melvin with the two projects in Belle Fourche, Ryan Court and Bear Lodge Ranchettes.
